CBIC issues instructions for issuing SCNs by officers in time bound manner

CBIC has issued instructions to the proper officers under the CGST/SGST Act,2017 to issue the Show cause notice in the time bound manner in cases involving Bogus Input tax credit claim. Copy of instructions issued by CBIC is attached herewith.
